I. Overview Our company's fully automatic hydraulic belt deviation correction device requires no power supply. When the belt deviates, it contacts the drive wheel to generate power, which drives the oil pump to pressurize and transmit hydraulic fluid through the circuit to the valve body and then into the oil cylinder. This causes the piston rod of the oil cylinder to extend or retract, driving the deviation correction idler frame to adjust the belt. At this point, the movement direction of the deviation correction idler frame forms a certain angle with the belt, and the friction between the deviation correction idler and the deviating belt keeps the belt running centrally, thereby achieving automatic correction of belt deviation. The fully automatic hydraulic belt deviation correction device adjusts automatically under hydraulic force, with reliable performance. Our factory provides on-site installation guidance. It can correct belt deviation in both directions. The device requires no daily maintenance, can be installed and used in any environment, is resistant to water, dust, and materials, and causes no damage to the belt. II. Structure and Principle        The corrector consists of a detection drive wheel, oil pump, oil cylinder, hydraulic valve body components, and frame. When the belt runs off-center, it contacts the detection drive wheel, which drives the oil pump to pressurize. Through the integrated circuit of the valve body and programmed control, the piston rod of the oil cylinder extends or retracts, driving the self-aligning idler frame to deflect in the predetermined direction. At this point, the linear movement direction of the self-aligning idler forms an angle with the belt's movement direction, and the resulting friction force drives the belt to run centrally, achieving automatic random correction of belt deviation.
